 DEMOLITION:Demolish existing 1800 sq ft home.Frame- siding.

EXCAVATING:

1. EXCAVATING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND AS REQUIRED.

CONCRETE, FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS:

1. ALL FOOTINGS SHALL BEAR ON UNDISTURBED SOIL OR APPROVED COMPACTED FILL WITH A SOIL BEARING CAPACITY OF 3000PSI.  ALL FOOTINGS SHALL EXTEND A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 3’6” BELOW FINISHED GRADE OR AS INDICATED ON THE BLUE PRINTS; 8’’ THICK 9’ HIGH.

2. THE SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO COORDINATE PLACING OF ALL SLEEVES IN CONCRETE WALLS FOR THE TELEPHONE, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL TRADES; IF NEEDED.

BASEMENT SLAB:

1. INSTALL FOIL WITHIN THE EXCAVATED SOIL.

2. DISTRIBUTE GRAVEL APPROXIMATELY 4” THICK.

3. POUR MINIMUM 4” CONCRETE USING A SIX BAG MIX.

4. DRAIN SYSTEM, GARAGE SLAB 20X24, DRIVEWAYS, WALKWAYS, TERMITE TREATMENT (IF REQUIRED)

WATER AND SEWER:

1. PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM, AS REQUIRED BY LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT.

2. AT THIS TIME WE NEED ONLY DIRECT CONTACT TO INTERESTED PARTY.

STRUCTURAL STEEL:

1. AT THIS TIME WE NEED ONLY DIRECT CONTACT TO INTRESTED PARTY.

HEATING AND A/C SYSTEMS:

1. INSTALL NEW FORCED WARM AIR FURNACE AND COOLING SYSTEM. FURNACE AND DUCT WORK IN THE BASEMENT ONLY. THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR IS DONE! INSTALL FLUE SYSTEM.

2. ALL DUCTWORK SHALL BE SIZED TO HANDLE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF AIRFLOW.

3. ALL CONNECTIONS SHALL BE SEALED WITH METAL FLANGE JOINTS.

4. SUPPORT DUCT WORK @ MAXIMUM 4’-0” O/C PROVIDE FIRE STOPPING FOR ALL PENETRATION BETWEEN FLOORS.

5. THE NEW FURNACE SHALL BE SIZED TO HANDLE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STRUCTURE.

6. INSTALL 50-GALLON WATER HEATER WITH FLUE SYSTEM.

PLUMBING:

1. IN THE BASEMENT ONLY (FROM FLOOR BEAMS TO THE SEWER ONLY). THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR IS DONE!

2. INSTALL SUMP PUMP.

3. INSTALL ANY REQUIRED GAS LINES.

4. ONE WORKER FOR ONE DAY; CALCULATE THE COST OF ONE WORKER FOR ONE DAY TO FINALIZE CONNECTIONS.

ELECTRICAL:

1. PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR A COMPLETE AND FUNCTIONAL ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TO THE HOUSE; CONNECTING ELECTRICAL SERVICE AND METER BOX.

2. CONNECT ELECTRICAL FUSE BOXES TO THE POLE ONLY.

3. ONE WORKER FOR ONE DAY; CALCULATE THE COST OF ONE WORKER FOR ONE DAY TO FINALIZE CONNECTIONS.

CRANE AND OPERATOR:

1. PROVIDE WAGES FOR THE CRANE AND OPERATOR PER HOURLY, DAILY OR PER PROJECT (MY PREFERRED OPTION).

CARPENTRY WORK:    

1. CONSTRUCT GARAGE AND PORCH; SIDING, SOFFIT, FASCIA AND SHINGLES SUPPLIED BY US.

FINISH CARPENTRY WORK:

1. SET INTERIOR DOORS; SHIPPED LOOSE.

2. ADJUST INTERIOR FACTORY SET DOORS.

3. INSTALL SHOE BASE TRIM ON MATE LINE OPENINGS ONLY.

4. CONSTRUCT BASEMENT STAIRS.

5. INSTALL STAIR RAILING SYSTEMS; SUPPLIED BY US – PREBUILD.

CERAMIC TILE:

1. INSTALL CERAMIC TILES IN GRIDDED AREAS AS PER BLUE PRINT; MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY US.

HARDWOOD FLOOR:

1. INSTALL HARDWOOD ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND THE STAIR CASE (SELECT).

CARPET WORK:

1. INSTALL CARPET IN ALL 2ND FLOOR BEDROOMS AND LOFT,

DRYWALL WORK (MINIMAL WORK):


1. INSTALL, PATCH, FLOAT, SAND AND PRIME DRYWALL ON MATE LINE OPENINGS ONLY.

2. REPAIR DRYWALL CRACKS AND MINOR IMPERFECTIONS.

3. TOUCH UP PRIMED AREAS; PRIMER PROVIDED.

INTERIOR PAINTING:

1. PAINT ENTIRE HOUSE WITH ONE COLOR.

GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS:

1. INSTALL GUTTERS WITH FLASHING.

2. INSTALL DOWNSPOUTS.

MASONRY WORK:

1. PROVIDE PRICE ON TWO OPTIONS:
