We are custom home builder with possibility to build modular homes. Lake County Illinois and stranding areas are not modular home friendly. We build over 20 modular homes, unfortunately nothing in Lake or Cook County and that is the reason we don't advertise many modular homes plans. Home Max prefers build custom homes from provided plans and we work with many architects.
